Good job!!! I am trying to loose 25 before my wedding next year but I am not sure it is going to work. I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes but then I do the weight machines. So I am getting more muscle and that doesn't help with my weight. Oh well, the way I see it is, as long as you feel healthy and are happy that is what really matters. I drink water all the time too. I used to hate it but all that soda is bad for you. Sometimes I put a Crystal Light packet for something different. Good Luck!!!!
