I think those are what they call the caines (sp) the long front upper/bottom fangs. My lil one has both the baby ones on top and bottom and the new adult ones on top and bottom also...I am playing tug a war with her all the time in hopes that I can get them to loosen up and come out, but so far they are holding on tight...I may have to have all 4 of them extracted when I take her in for her spay/chip...
