Lulu's very first experience with the groomer was horrible and I haven't done it since. I cut her down myself. I do a good enough job. It's much better than having her come back home scared a hell. That time my DH wanted to go beat the living hell out of the groomer. Never again. I am slowly assembling a nice grooming kit. I want to buy a set of pro clippers when I have the money to spare. For now I have a set of wahl with clips, a small hand held one that I can do her pads and sanitary areas and a thin pencil like one that is good for between the paws.
