I would be upset that they didn't mention it. If those levels are elevated enough they won't put the dog under anesthesia. My 10 year old pom has severely elevated levels and she stopped breathing last week during her liver biopsy which we knew was a risk with her levels so high. Most likely with your puppy it could be stress from the drs office or something minor. I would do the recheck and ask the vet why it wasn't mentioned. Try not to worry.
