Try to focus and praise your Yorkie when he does right and give a treat in between now and then and try to ignore or just say No when he does wrong but don't go further than that as in spanking, yelling etc. In time, hopefully when he sees that he gets so much more attention and praises when he does right and being ignored when he does wrong he will learn to behave the way you want him to. You'll need to spend more time with him just to catch him do the right things though.
