My Codie is neutered and he's sooo not overweight. He loves to go for walks and the only change in her personality is he has become more loving and sweet over time (but that's a great thing!!!).
I was worried about him changing in a bad way but that never happened. I'm so glad I had him neutered.
PS - Your Teddy is so stinkin cute!!
