That sucks. It's happening way too much with these scammers. I know my cat's breeder has some kind of protection on her website that won't allow you copy and paste or save a picture on her site. I don't know how she made it that way, but that would be effective since people couldn't copy your pictures from your site.
I would tell them you have a lawyer and report any listings they've made with your pictures so their listings will be removed. Maybe the mention of a lawsuit and a lawyer will scare them
