Marcel is 10 mths old and is supposed to get neutered this Wednesday. We waited this long bc of his size. I'd almost rather not do it - but he is marking like CRAZY right now. I don't know how you get around that part of it....?
Philosophically, I think it's an interesting subject. I think it is positive in terms of over population. However, I don't totally buy that it is better for the pets bc of "cancers" - like all the vets are trained to say. That is like US HUMANS saying - "well, we must remove everyone's ovaries and testicles and breasts to avoid cancer!"....uh huh, right.
