. It's the dog's owner business, so I guess everybody does whatever is suitable for them. I had Pepper neutered because he's house trained and I didn't want him start lifting leg and marking. Other people have a male and a female and don't want trouble twice a year (my friend had to place her female in friend's house twice a year for a couple weeks as the non-neutered male would go crazy and having them simply in separate rooms was unbearable...
