Hi I adopted a 2 yr old yorkie female named Bayleigh she also has skin issues. I switch her food to Wellness Core and took her to the Vet for a cortisone shot and they also gave me Vet Solutions BPO-3 shampoo she has oily hair. It's been a week and no more itches. SO good Luck!
