nugget was our first yorkie. my girlfriend had wanted a yorkie all her life, and talked about it very often. i never knew very much about little dogs, as i always likes boxers and pitts, but she had explained to me a lot about yorkies and how great they are. one day i was delivering pizza and i came across a breeder of yorkies who was exceptionaly friendly, and just happened to have a litter of 5 yorkies a week prior to meeting her. i took her number and my girlfriend and i went back the next day and met her yorkies(the 5 pups, mother and father, an 8 month old female from her last litter, and a very old yorkie that was her husbands who past away a few years back). after meeting the pups, the parents, and the breeder and many many visits each week, we took nugget home! i never thought i'd love such a little dog, but he's just like a son to us now!
