I breed and I've placed puppies, so far they've been with friends of mine. People I trust and that will be in my life forever! I am running into a snag though. Some of them have 2 even 3 of my puppies and they are at their max. I have 6 puppies that I need to place. I have a TON of emails. I do not reply to most of them because I don't like the 'tone' of their email, ie..how much are your dogs, do you have any cheap ones..those are turn offs..
I screen and screen again. I use the scare tactic that Yorkies pee everywhere and chew everything. They have to be willing to take the good with the bad if they want one of my babies. I get vet references, and I usually know them for a while.
I'm still adding to my list of prerequisites...
