Heather - I'm with you! I coulnd't bare the thought of giving the babies away. I guess that's why I am not going to breed, because I could end up with a houseful.

My mom used to breed sheltie's and no word of a lie I have been known to littlerly lock myself in my room with the puppies the day that the new parents were to come to pick them up. My dad had to even take my door off the hinges to get the puppies out (while the new parents were standing there watching all this).

They must have thought ... "What a crazy bunch??"
But I just loved them so much, and was heartbroken to see the leave.
