This is exactly right and it makes me so sad when I think of little puppies who were killed just because they were the wrong color!
I also own an off- color yorkie. She is a gold and white parti-colored yorkie and she came from AKC standard colored yorkie parents who both happened to carry the recessive gene for the gold and white color.
