I am throwing a 50th birthday Luau for my mom and I am looking for some great ideas. I have already checked out MarthaStewart.com, but I just want something more..lol.. I really want this to be a great, creative party and so far it is going to be, but I can always go bigger! lol

We're going to be setting up poles in the grass with lights strung between them (I put artificial hawaiian-like flowers on each clear bulb to make my own hawaiian strand of lights). I have a tiki bar coming, a margarita machine, hawaiian bbq catering and bright colors galore!

But I want more! And I know how amazing-ly creative some of you are, so help a kid out! lol Thanks!
