My mom's best friend from Jr. High has worked for a Vet in Fullerton for 20- something years and I take my Bella there. Its a small Vet, but the doctor (Dr. Cho) is a sweet heart and they are very reasonable.... My sister has brought home a few stray kittens over the years and she had one that was dying and they had it on IV's and everything and didn't charge us a dime since she was trying to save her... But PM me if you would like the info and I'll get it. I go there, but the sign just says Veternarian or something generic, so I couldn't tell you a name! I think its off of Euclid though...
