Hi, Im new to this board and have benefited so much from the advice that is given here! I am getting my yorkie next friday!
I am sooooo excited, I've been trying to read as much as I can to prepare myself. I am hoping some of you can help me with some questions that I have. When should I take my yorkie to the vet? I was thinking of taking her the day I got her but Im afraid it would be too much for her for one day. She is only going to be 8 weeks when I get her, so I dont want to freak her out.
The breeder is feeding her Eukanuba but I wanted to possibly change that to Wellness or Canidae because I've read good reviews about them, How should I go about doing this? Do I give her a little of both at first? I would appreciate ANY advice. I just want to make sure everything is right for my little baby when she gets here!!
