You are already into this contract, so no way to back up ..thing are done.
If you are really concern about her breeding practices and don't trust her giving her one of your puppies , then I wouldn't . I would give her the 1,200 and that would give me peace of mind and placing the puppy with a family of my choice . 1,200 sounds a lot but it will be the same you can give her that instead of the puppy then you sell this puppy for that amount.
