I would guess that if she's willing to accept a pup on limited registration that she intends to sell it. Apparently she feels she can get around $1200. for the pup. You'll have to work things out with her for without her permission you can't get the litter registered. You may just have to take this one on the chin. We all make mistakes when we are starting out, just learn from them and do your best to move on with more insight.
