I have a couple pair of pj's that I got for maggie when she was a baby and they were too small for her. they would probably fit your baby.
I would sell them for $10 each plus shipping. If you are interested at all, I will take some pics for you to see. they are very cute and very warm. I am kinda sad that maggie never fit them
