You might gewt away with putting on a toner but if you were trying to go one color and you already had colored your hair before this is why it didn't work. Just so everyone knows The colors on the boxes and the sample hair colors are all colored on Virgin Hair(Hair that has never been colored before) Thus you will never get the true color you want.... I always reccomend go to a professional who knows what they are doing lol. There is hope for you just go in...
