I think Flower should do just fine with the birth. She's had kittens before so she's an experience mom. And since she doesn't have the extreme persian look (ie. BIG head..LOL), the kittens shouldn't have problems passing. I'd just keep a good eye on her.

I know when I was a kid, we had outside cats that had kittens (I don't know why we didn't spay them...) and they would always have all but one pretty quickly. Then they would take a break for an hour or so before having the last one. I'm sure it doesn't always work like that, but that's how our cats did it. Our cats never had any problems with birthing.
