-cut back on caffeine, do it slowly. If you go cold turkey on caffeine, you can get some serious headaches
-watch the foods you eat, some of them can trigger headaches
-watch your posture. And if you sit in front of a computer and type all day, make sure your shoulders aren't turning in and tensing up.
-Go see the chiropracter! I love mine and I credit him for getting rid of my migraines.
-Try yoga, pilates or nia. Anything that keeps you loose and limber | Ditto -- good post! |
