Hi, we flew from Germany to the states on United and while in the states on United. When we flew back home to Germany we flew on Lufthansa. There is no age limit that I have ever heard of, so you should be fine. As long as the vet gives you a health certificate and rabies certificate then you should be fine. All the health certificate is for is stating that when the vet seen the dog it was healthy and able to make a flight within the 7-10 days from the date of the certificate.
