I felt the same way about my Coco. I would die if anything happened to her and did not want to take the chance with having puppies. I often look at her and think "oh you would have had beautiful babies" but I think you really have to know what you're doing with breeding, research, the sire, breeding lines etc.
All too complicated for me lol, I just want to love them.

Good luck with her spay. I think they do quieten down a little afterwards, Coco is still boisterous but in a more "grown up" way.
