UPDATE!!!
Yorkie Rescue Me, an organization in Pennsylvannia is taking her and has made plans for the surgery. Yay!
Kim was very happy when I spoke to her, and getting ready for the four hour drive to Pennsylvannia. She asked me to update you since she will be driving all day.
They will keep her updated on her progress, so she won't lose all contact.
