You're right. I should have known better. Especially when I asked to see the parents and he told me they were both off somewhere being bred. I should have asked "this puppy is 10 weeks old and his mother is being bred already?"
Unfortunately I never really thought about it throughly until after the fact. At the very least, my Milo has a good home now.
I just wish there was some way to stop this guy. Like I said a while ago, he breeds about 4-5 different breeds of dogs and his partner breeds about 6-7 different ones. He told me he has 16 litters of Yorkies alone in a year. That is a puppy mill of enormous proportions.
