Poor honey! I would check her over really good - down btwn her legs bc I'm wondering if the groomer knicked a spot of skin near where the pee is coming out, so it burns.
Otherwise, it could be a UTI. She's not limping or anything? I'd also touch each back leg, move it around to test for full motion and for soreness - just to make sure it's not leg related.
