Maybe someone who has the contact information for Yorkie Rescue could let them know about this situation? Don't they find Yorkies in shelters and such? Wouldn't this count? I know she won't get Zoey back, but at least we will know that Yorkie Rescue has looked into the situation. I would think Zoey could use an advocate right now.
I know she did the right thing by surrendering Zoey. Time was essential in this situation. I am however very sad. I will continue to pray for both of them.
