The purpose of pedigrees and registrations is to be able to trace your dog's history. Fly by night registeries do not do this. I only register my dogs with the IBC (International Biewer Club); right now it is the premiere club for my breed. There is a potential for dual registeration but the IBC is my first choice. When the AKC recognizes the Biewers, records will be able to be transferred to the AKC. |
