I'd leave her in the kitchen as the other posters suggested as well. She will get used to it, just be aware of all the energy and hyperactivity when you get back
. I have to leave Pepper for about 10 hours every day too
unfortunately, got a new (much more demanding hourwise) job a month ago and he adjusted to it. He has a kitchen and our bedroom to himself, it's weird but he would have an accident when we're home but never when he's alone
. I take him for hour-long walks when I get back and that helps. Good luck!
