I'm sorry you thought that was rude, but honestly, a 11.5lb yorkie should not be bred because they are over standard. Being over standard doesn't make him any less of a yorkie or any less loveable, but because he doesn't meet the standard he shouldn't be bred. Only those that meet the standard should be bred - so far as size, color, coat quality, health quality, etc.
