Point is, I didn't fill that part out. I just closed the pop up attached to West's final paper. If they want that info. from me, they can fax or send me an official document in the mail that I can keep a copy of for my own records of submission to West.
(I didn't feel comfortable w/ it because it wasn't a secure page, if for no other reason.)

JMO but,,,,I would NEVER give out my SS# over the internet like that...I would be very careful about that...I have a BIG problem trusting people with personal stuff like that.
