Mine are always picky eaters after whelping and they always have diarrhea for a while afterwards. Remi whelped almost 4 weeks ago and though she will nibble at the other dogs food she likes her special new mommy rescipe better. I ground up puppy kibble, mix it with goats milk, add some cottage cheese and a spoonful of soft dogfood. This is what I start my pups on as well so it works to have it in the puppy pen.
