We use the belly bands. We got them from GO Fetch. Des did a great job making them. You use female sanitary pads for the inside lining. We take the bands off and take them to the potty area and tell them to go potty or try to get them to go???. When they are thru, we put the bands back on. The bands just help w/ preventing accidents IMO.
