I never hear anything in the local news about puppymills, so I've never heard of any of the consequences of running a mill. Is there a site that talks about what happens to millers after they're caught? I'd like to read more about this. |
It doesn't sound stupid at all to question that - What I did when I first learned about mills... was jump on the net and READ. Just do a search "STOP PUPPY MILLS" and you can see very graphic pictures and instructions on how to help this problem....

I must have read every day for a month I was so upset. I had never SEEN or heard of a mill till we got Tessa 10 years ago - and even THEN I didn't really know about the horrors.
There are
many good sites that detail why it's so hard to stop them and how we all can do our small part to help. Our Government has LOTS of work to do to combat this problem better - it starts there... but it won't get better until people really take the time to add their voice.
