When Lola was spayed a few months ago we found her premie onsies at Burlington Coat Factory in the Baby Depot. She was 2.7 pounds when she had her surgery. We had to add a few pins and did some tayloring but it fit her...of course she didn't even go after her stitches one time...but we had the onesie just in case. Good luck
