Sometimes, I think about all the people who raise dogs in their backyard. They are worse than puppymills, just on a smaller scale. All they really need is a spay/neuter clinic that is affordable to a person who can't afford it; much less afford to take care of a litter of puppies. Many just take them to the pound or drop the litter off when they start eating.  |
OMG - funny you mentioned that - I know about the veal - and 10 years ago I stopped too - now THAT is CRUEL and inhumane....but Mills are the same with abuse in cages.
