I have a just turned 13 year old daughter. DH thinks it would be OK to let her group date now. I think it will be ok to let her date when pigs fly and hell freezes over - twice.

I think what we may do it let her group date while we watch without her knowing it (spy is such an ugly word lol). If after a few times we see that we can trust her, we may let her do movies with a group a friends.
