The vets rang today with the results from the referral centre..
The Oncologists have said it is a stage 2 cancer and that there is no need for chemotherapy at this time. Our vet will want to give him a check up in a few weeks and we will keep a close eye on him in the meantime.
I cried with relief today..and i have just come back from a lovely hour and a half walk with him in the late summer sunshine.

thanks for the update. hopefully, they removed everything when they cut it out, and he'll be all better soon
