The squirt bottle worked quite well. It hasn't stopped it completely, but whenever we pull it out, the barking stops. We don't even need to use the squirt most of the time. However, we don't have the bottle everywhere we go. So we need to put "blinders" on her when we are driving down the street. If we see a dog or squirrel before she does, I put my hands on either side of her face or point her in the other direction.
