Like everyone else said, the floppy ears are normal with some yorkies. If you're really concerned about it, you can try to train the ears to stand up, by taping them I believe. Others on here have done that.
When I got my little guy, he had one ear up and one ear down. Then both went up. Then both went down. Now both are up. I loved the way he looked all ways. I really don't care how his ears turn out, but it's all about personal preference I guess.
