I agree with you there, Its the breeders responsilbility to find these babys the best of homes, thats why they all should screen, and I agree that not everyone out there should breed, and people who would try to breed these Yorkies that turn out to small I can see limited Reg on them. so Im not saying all limited registration is bad, Im just saying I wouldnt buy one with the limited Reg , I would want it to be my choice, But that dont mean I dont agree . with people not knowing any thing about breeding and breeding anyways. You see that every day and its sad. these people need the limited reg.
