Yep...a breeder has a responsibility to make sure their puppies are going to the best homes possible. Most people aren't qualified to breed (even if a ton of people do). There is so much to learn if you are to safely breed and even then there can be serious complications that arise. I don't think I could live with myself if I sold a puppy with full registration to someone who decided to breed it (and didn't know what they were doing) and then the dog died.

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
