Hmm...if her shih tzus are that much smaller that your boy, then they are under-standard. Shih Tzus should be 9-16lbs according to AKC standard. So maybe you should tell her that her shih tzus are really small for shih tzus. Why are they so small? Does she not feed them? Did the breeder tell her she was buying undersized dogs?
