This Saturday in Madison Square Park in NYC is supposed to be Responsible Dog Ownership Day. I noticed the flyer said the rain date is on Sunday. The forecast calls for rain tomorrow morning. Does anyone know if the event has been rescheduled? I tried calling the number on the site but got an answering machine.
