I dont remember my girls starting to bleed blood red after several days so I am not alot of help. That sounds like alot of blood for such a short time laying down. Did you put this in the breeders area so you could get responses from people who deal with this type of thing? I havent had enough litters to say one way or another but I hope she is ok.
