My baby is 4 months old and he has floppy ears. Actually, about 2 weeks ago one ear stood straight up(out of the blue) and then the next week after, last thursday to be exact it went back down. I know it sounds weird, but he is still as cute as a button with floppy ears. If you really want the ears up, then you should consider taping them. I have never heard of a teddybear breed of Yorkie!!! HUGGGSSS & KISSSSESS!!!!!!
