That's always been my experience too and I've had VPI for almost 4 years. They have never questioned anything I've sent to them and I've always had a check within 2 weeks. I have the superior plan too so I don't know if that makes a difference.
I'm so glad I have them, especially for situations like this week and Simon's eye problems.
