Vomitting and diharea cause people and animals to become dyhdrated so the thirst I dont think is a bog deal.. my dog right now if you swith his foods will get an upset stomach for a day or two.. He will sometimes vomit but mostly diharea.. I don't think you should be too worried.. but bringing her to vet just in case might be a good idea =]
